WyndoGo

For window film contractors

Quote the job before you leave the driveway

WyndoGo prices window film services window by window, off your own film library and your own labor rates, then sends the customer a bid they can approve, schedules the install, and puts the job on your installer's phone.

The WyndoGo calculator pricing a window film job window by window, with a film being picked from the org's library

The usual way

Most shops quote from memory

Not because they're careless. Because the tools they were handed were a spreadsheet and a phone.

The measurements live on paper

A clipboard in the truck, retyped into a spreadsheet that night. If it gets retyped at all.

The price is a guess

Film cost, labor hours, and the removal you forgot to add all get rounded into one number on the drive home.

The bid goes quiet

It gets emailed, and then nobody knows whether it was opened, approved, or lost, so nobody follows up.

How it works

One loop, from the phone call to the paycheck

Nothing gets retyped, and nothing falls between two apps that don't talk to each other.

  1. 01

    The lead comes in

Log the contact once. Every bid, visit, and note from here stays attached to them.

  2. 02

You price the job window by window

Enter the measurements. WyndoGo prices each opening off your film library and your labor rates, including removal, reinstall, and disposal.

  3. 03

    The customer approves it

One emailed link with the service totals laid out plainly. Their answer moves the bid through your pipeline, and the follow-up list tells you which ones went quiet.

  4. 04

    You schedule the install

Assign the installer, put it on the shared calendar, and get a warning before you double-book anyone.

  5. 05

The installer works from their phone

Their week, the site address, the gate code, the film and the counts, plus a place to put the photos.

  6. 06

The payment lands on the bid

What was collected, how, and what's still outstanding, all on the same record as the quote.

What the customer gets
A customer's emailed estimate: the contractor's own branding, the films selected for each room with plain-language descriptions, and one total
Who's working, and when
The shared install calendar for a month, colour-coded by installer, with a dot on each job marking it as an estimate or an install

Margin, live

Know your margin while you can still change it.

Every bid shows cost, price, and margin as you build it, so you find out you're upside down in the driveway, not at the end of the month. And each person on the job opens to the view their work needs.

Owner view

The bid summary bar: total sqft 230.6, internal cost $1,609.21, profit 54.7%, customer price $3,549.58

Each role's view is scoped on the server, not styled away in the browser. On the job screen that means the measurements, the film, the schedule and the installer's own pay. Those are the numbers they're working from, without the estimating and accounting tools crowding a phone.

Installer view

The same job on an installer's phone: the window measurements and films, their pay of $461.17, and a note that customer contact details appear only after they accept

Questions

The things people ask first

Do I have to re-enter all my film pricing?

You enter it once. WyndoGo keeps your film library and your labor rates, and every bid prices off them, so changing a film's cost updates what the next bid quotes, not what an old one already promised.

What does each person on my team see?

The part of the job they're working from. An installer opens to the measurements, the films, the schedule and their own pay for that job, not the estimating and accounting tools, which would only crowd a phone. Estimators get the pricing surfaces. Owners see everything, including margin. Each view is scoped on the server rather than styled away in the browser, so it holds up.

Does it work on a phone at a job site?

Yes. Estimators quote from the driveway and installers work from their week view. It runs in the browser, so there's nothing to install and nothing to update.

What happens to my bids if I stop using it?

They're yours. Your bids, contacts, and libraries stay exportable, and we'll get you a copy of your data on request. No hostage-taking.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. WyndoGo is in beta and free while it is. There is no card form, because there is nothing being charged yet.

Who's behind this?

A small team that came out of the window service trade. The product exists because the spreadsheet stopped working. If you want to talk to a person before signing up, email us and you'll get one.
